Famble
Terms of Service
These early-access terms cover how Famble may be used today. They are intentionally concise for this stage and will be expanded before general availability. By using Famble, you agree to them.

Who we are
Famble is currently operated from Finland by its founder as an individual, who is the provider under these terms. For provider identity, contact us at hello@famble.co. We intend to transfer operation of Famble to a Finnish company once it is registered, which will then become the provider, and we will update these terms accordingly. In these terms, “Famble”, “we” and “us” refer to that operator.
Early access & the service
Famble is offered during early access on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis while we build with our first families. Features may change, and the service may occasionally be unavailable. Famble helps you plan: it uses AI to propose actions that a person in your household reviews and confirms. AI proposals can be inaccurate or incomplete, so you are responsible for reviewing them before confirming, and for the decisions you make.
Your account & eligibility
You must be an adult able to form a binding contract and to manage a household account in your country. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for the activity that happens under it. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Household collaboration
Famble is built for shared households. If you invite a partner or co-parent, they may see and act on the household’s shared information. Confirming a proposal can affect the whole household, so only invite people you trust to help run it. You are responsible for who you add and for managing their access.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you put into Famble. You grant us the permission needed to host and process that content in order to provide the service (including AI processing to draft proposals, as described in our Privacy Policy). You are responsible for the content you add, and you confirm you have the right to share it — including when you forward messages or upload documents that contain other people’s information.
Integrations
You may choose to connect third-party services, such as Google Calendar (read-only) or by forwarding email into Famble. By connecting one, you authorize Famble to access the information needed to draft proposals, subject to that provider’s terms. You can disconnect an integration at any time. Famble’s use of Google user data follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Acceptable use
Don’t use Famble to break the law, infringe others’ rights, or upload content you don’t have the right to share. Don’t attempt to disrupt, misuse, or gain unauthorized access to the service. We may suspend access that puts the service or other users at risk.
Privacy
Your use of Famble is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect and how we use and protect it.
Disclaimers & liability
Famble is provided on an “as is” and “as-available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied — including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted or error-free operation. You use Famble at your own risk.
Famble is an organizational tool, not professional advice: it does not provide legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Famble and the people behind it will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, for lost or corrupted data, or for any loss arising from your reliance on AI proposals you chose to confirm. To the extent we are found liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim (which, during free early access, is zero).
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including your mandatory rights as a consumer.
Changes & termination
We may update these terms as Famble grows; we’ll communicate material changes. You can stop using Famble at any time and request deletion of your account. We may suspend or end early-access accounts where reasonably necessary, for example to protect the service or comply with the law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Finnish courts — without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
